It is a world of modern technologies we are never out of touch. Our brain is constantly moving to social media notifications and constant scrolling. The other effective action is the creation of the technoless zones. As an example, do not use phone during dinner and sleeping time. Out of your bedroom you can put screens so that you may have some sleep and your brain may rest.

Another useful thing is to replace the screen time with meaningful engagements. You can read a book, you can walk, you can see your beloved, you can simply sit down and stay silent. It is also good to clean your head, as well as to feel better with these chores.
